To become a UC San Diego OSHA-authorized outreach trainer or to maintain your trainer status for the construction, general industry, maritime, disaster site worker or Cal/OSHA tracks, follow these easy steps:

Email the completed form along with a copy of your trainer card or required documentation to oshatraining@ucsd.edu. Please note that your verification form cannot be processed without proper proof of the required prerequisites.
Step 3
Once you have received an approval email from the OS&H department, follow the instructions to enroll in the class of your choice.
